Mission Statement

Our Mission:

Here at TLC we are setting and fostering an environment of safety and wellbeing for both children and parents in order to provide services to foster visitation. We will suggest age appropriate and suitable visitation locations. We will work with active restraining orders as well as fostering both parallel and coparenting parenting styles. It is our top priority to provide a professional environment to all parties without bias.

We follow California courts standards 5.20 (former section 26.2) uniform standards of practice for providers of supervised visitation as well as Family Codes Section 3200.5 and 3202.

We provide professional supervision and exchanges for parties dealing with divorce, shared parenting, allegations of child abuse, Domestic violence, restraining orders, mental health concerns, concerns of the noncustodial parent fleeing the area, allegations of substance abuse. The services we provide will lesson instances of any inappropriate contact and communications and will provide a safe and healthy environment for contact with parents and children. Professional monitors will document and oversee all contact between parties.

Qualifications:

All professional monitors are trained in 24-hour supervision training class, with ongoing training in working with children of abuse. We are mandated reporters with a mandated reporter training class provided through the Department of social services, fingerprinted and background checked, and trust line registered. TLC staff is trained in working with multicultural and diverse backgrounds and Early Childhood Education with focus on family health, mental health, safety and nutrition, and trained to work with children of multi-abuse, autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, ect.

We are not bound by privacy during visits anything shared will be written in visit notes with exceptions of addresses and phone numbers and any court ordered privy information.

Safety is of the highest priority, and we commit to maintaining your privacy. We are located to service the greater Sacramento area in California and however we can provide online visits

and phone visits nationwide.

Terms: All terms are outlined in the contracts All Fees must be paid a full week in advance of visit to maintain your visitation schedule. Payment must be made and cleared one week prior to the visit to schedule. All fees associated with online payments will be in addition to visitation costs will not be paid for by the agency. All paid services must be used within one month no refunds and no exceptions.
